Analysis of the Community & Social Realities

Self-discipline should be inculcated to the community members. Hoping that the elders, politicians and other influential people can serve as models or even motivation to the young members; henceforth, they could spread the system into their own households and eventually to their individualized system. Obedience is another virtue that many of them really lack. It is their nature to disregard and to disobey rules and regulations. They thought that doing things on their own is empowerment. Lastly, the lack of interpersonal and intrapersonal relationships exist among all members since both parents are busy, making a living, children tend to decide on their own, hence a good breeding with children are fruitless.
